CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Mayor Justin Bibb is set to address the recent recommendations made by Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) CEO Dr. Warren G. Morgan to merge 39 schools for the 2026-27 school year.

Wednesday night, at a CMSD board meeting, Morgan discussed a major consolidation plan for the district.
