A new report from the American Lung Association in Texas reveals that the Lone Star State continues to struggle in the fight against lung cancer, ranking near the bottom nationally in several critical areas, including early diagnosis, survival rates, and access to screening.
The 2025 State of Lung Cancer report was released this week and highlights the burden of lung cancer across the country. The report also identifies opportunities for states to improve outcomes.
