US stocks fall as more companies report their results

NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are falling Thursday as investors pore over another batch of earnings reports from U.S. companies.

The S&P 500 dropped 1%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 449 points, or 1%, as of 11:30 a.m. Eastern time. The Nasdaq composite fell 1.6%.
