ROCHESTER, Minn. — Rochester has been chosen as one of six cities nationwide to join the first-ever Regulatory Justice Initiative: Expanding Access to Small Business Opportunity.
This initiative, led by the Mayors Innovation Project and Cities Work at the Institute for Justice, aims to simplify processes for starting and growing small businesses.
The Rochester team includes Mayor Kim Norton, Irene Woodward, Community Development Director, Amanda Leightner, Executive Director of Collider Foundation, and Shawn Fagan, Executive Director of Rochester Downtown Alliance.
