BOROUGH PARK — INDEPENDENT MAYORAL CANDIDATE Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday carried much of Southern Brooklyn, including Borough Park, Dyker Heights and Midwood, while Democrat Zohran Mamdani dominated Central, Eastern and Northern Brooklyn, according to The New York Times.
