Tisch, Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”), announced today the unsealing of an Indictment charging ANDREW NGUYEN, a former NYPD officer, with bribery, narcotics, firearms, and robbery offenses in connection with NGUYEN’s alleged participation in a drug trafficking enterprise while NGUYEN was an officer with the NYPD.
