Police say two 7-year-old girls who went missing from a Maine elementary school on Thursday morning have been found safe.
The students, both second graders, went missing from the Woodside Elementary School playground in Topsham around 10:45 a.m., School Superintendent Heidi O'Leary said .

The Sagadahoc County Emergency Management Agency said on Facebook just before 2 p.m. that the girls had been found safely.
Topsham police and the Sagadahoc County Sheriff's Office assisted in the search.
