Neighborhood Health Inc. has announced the appointment of Dr. Matthew Joseph as chief clinical officer.

According to a release, Joseph will oversee clinical strategy, quality and performance improvement across Neighborhood Health’s Middle Tennessee network.

Joseph has more than a decade of experience in hospital medicine and health care leadership. He has served as a hospitalist at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Sumner Regional Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. His prior roles also include service with Envision Physician Services and Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville.
