LOGAN, Utah (ABC4) — A Cache County deputy has been arrested for alleged child abuse.

Drake Balls, 29, is charged with one count of aggravated child abuse, a first-degree felony.

According to court documents, on Oct. 5, the Logan City Police Department responded to the Logan Regional Hospital on a report of a child with multiple injuries. The mother of the child told police that Balls, her ex-husband, hurt the child.
