TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A new trial date has been set for a Terre Haute man who allegedly admitted to having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
27-year-old Daniel Snook was taken into custody in September 2024, after a 13-year-old female called police, claiming she had a sexual relationship with Snook.
Police responded to the adresss the call was coming from and allegedly found the female inside Snook's apartment.
During an interview with police, Snook told them he had been having sex with the female and was aware of her age, according to the Terre Haute Police Department.
Snook had also allegedly sent the female multiple pornographic photos and videos.
Snook has been charged with three counts of child molestation and one count of dissemination of matter harmful to
