SHREVEPORT, La. -- A "targeted investigation" conducted jointly with state Probation and Parole and multiple units within the Shreveport Police Department led to the arrests on Wednesday of five people believed to be responsible for the street fight at a busy downtown intersection on Halloween night. Police Chief Wayne Smith unveiled what he called the "Friday night wall of shame" at a news conference Thursday at Government Plaza.
