MetroSafe says 911 phone lines are down Louisville down due to technical problems.

Anyone needing assistance is asked to call 502-242-8294 to reach MetroSafe Communications.

Oldham County is also experiencing an outage, and anyone in that region should call 502-222-0111.

Officials there say there is an AT&T outage causing issues.
