MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Mobile Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place this afternoon.

Officials say they are still looking for the shooter, who they believe is still in the area.

It is unclear who the victim is or what injuries they have.

The incident location is 154 Hemley Avenue, according to police.

Children at the Grace Temple Holiness Church Daycare are sheltering in place.
