TAZEWELL COUNTY, Ill. (WMBD) -- In less than two hours, all reptiles were adopted to their forever homes from the Tazewell County Animal Control on Thursday.

On Wednesday, the animal control announced its plans to hold reptile adoptions on Thursday, and they were all adopted within an hour and 18 minutes, according to an animal control Facebook post.

Some of the reptiles up for adoption included: • Ball Pythons • Red Corn Snake • Grey Corn Snake • California King Snake • Water Snake • Australian Tree Frogs • Leopard Geckos • Texas King Snake • Golden Tree Frog • Bearded Dragon • Gopher Snake • Brooks King Snake

The animals were adopted on a first-come, first-served basis with a $10 adoption fee.
