CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio will enjoy a tranquil Thursday before an active weather pattern takes hold Friday into early next week — one that could deliver the first snowflakes of the season for parts of the region.
High pressure centered over the Ohio Valley will keep skies mostly sunny and winds light on Thursday, according to the National Weather Service in Cleveland . Afternoon highs will reach the upper 40s to low 50s — a cool but pleasant November day. Clouds will increase later in the day as the next system approaches from the west.
Overnight lows will dip into mid 30s inland to near 40 along the lakeshore.
