LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - UPS has released the identities of the crew members who lost their lives after Tuesday’s plane crash near Louisville Muhammad Ali Airport.

UPS Flight 2976 crashed after attempting to depart from Louisville SDF airport on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

12 fatalities have been announced so far, including the three crew members on board the flight: Captain Richard Wartenberg, First Officer Lee Truitt and International Relief Officer Captain Dana Diamond.

UPS also released the following statement:
