MART, Texas (KWTX) — Dillanger Draper, 39, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a disabled person after allegedly having sexual intercourse with an 18-year-old woman with developmental disabilities against her will, according to court documents.

The alleged assault happened Aug. 1 at a home on East Ross Street in Mart, authorities said.

Investigators said the victim told administrative staff at Mart High School about the incident on Oct. 8, and the victim underwent a sexual assault examination. She told a nurse that Draper had sexual intercourse with her.

The victim told the nurse she hit Draper and told him to stop, and told investigators that “white stuff” came from Draper onto the floor, according to the police complaint.
