FOXBOROUGH – Kyle Williams is ready for his opportunity.

This season, the Patriots third-round pick has played a reserve role on the team’s offense. Playing behind veterans Stefon Diggs, Kayshon Boutte, Mack Hollins, and DeMario Douglas, Williams has two catches for 20 yards in nine games.

This weekend, however, it looks like the rookie will have a bigger role in the Patriots offense with Boutte dealing with a hamstring injury. After playing as one of the main backups, Williams said he’s focused on taking advantage of his opportunity.
