GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. — With City Manager Steve Kennedy heading into retirement, the City of Green Cove Springs has named his temporary successor.
Beginning on Nov. 15, Mike Null will take over as interim city manager.
Null currently serves as assistant city manager and the director of public works. Overall, the city says he's served the City of Green Cove Springs for over 22 years, overseeing major infrastructure improvements and facility upgrades.
