LUCEDALE, Miss. (WLOX) - On Thursday, Lloyd Edward Spicer, Jr., 42, of Lucedale, was convicted of eight counts of sexual battery by a person in a position of trust and six counts of touching a child for lustful purposes.
A George County jury deliberated for approximately an hour and a half before finding Spicer guilty on all 14 counts.

Jurors also heard from an additional victim, another family member, who testified that she was abused by Spicer from a very young age. According to that victim, other family members were told of the abuse but did not report it to authorities.
Circuit Judge Keith Miller sentenced Spicer to serve a total of 90 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections
