CHICAGO (WLS) -- A North Side day care remained closed Thursday as parents scramble for child care.

They also expressed their concerns about a teacher who was arrested there by ICE agents on Wednesday.

It's believed the Colombian day care teacher is being held at the ICE Broadview detention facility. Protesters gathered there on Thursday.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Secuirty says Diana Santillana Galeano is Colombian and was arrested for human trafficking. A statement from the agency alleges she paid traffickers to bring to two teenage children to the U.S.

To some Chicagoans, they only know her as Ms. Diana, a preschool teacher who cares for their young children.
