Massachusetts is looking into a reported assault of a 9-year-old autistic student on a school bus. The Department of Children and Families alerted the parents after it was reported to them.
Noah, 9, is on the autism spectrum and his mother, Linda Vick, says he is non-verbal. Cambridge Public Schools sends him on a bus to New England Center for Children in Southborough.

Vick said it's "a great facility for kids on the spectrum who have higher needs than what public schools can provide."
She said she learned this week from Department of Children & Families that her son was assaulted the week before by a bus monitor.
