The Sioux Falls Police Department announced the night of Nov. 6 that a suspect in the Nov. 4 homicide at Meadowland Apartments has been formally charged.

Eighteen-year-old Kray Cleveland Bluebird has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree attempted murder, three counts of first-degree attempted burglary and grand theft in connection with the death of 43-year-old Bonita Keeble .

Keeble's daughter, Hialle Keeble, was also shot in the early-morning incident with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to initial reporting , officers were dispatched to a “weapons violation” at about 5 a.m. Nov. 4 near 43 rd Street and Larch Avenue. After arriving on scene, law enforcement located both mom and daughter in their apartment unit. Each had been
