NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to search for a wanted sex offender who evaded deputies and caused a hospital lockdown in Nashville on Thursday.
The incident began at about 9:37 a.m., WCSO reports that deputies spotted a wanted suspect in Nashville as they were working on an unrelated case.
William Matthew Frankenbach, 46, of Brentwood, was wanted on multiple felony warrants out of Williamson County. Deputies attempted to stop Frankenback, who evaded arrest and sped away in his vehicle.
Deputies pursued the suspect until he abandoned his vehicle near St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, where they lost him.
