SOLON, Ohio -- Solon residents chose to stay the course Nov. 4, giving Mayor Edward H. Kraus and City Council incumbents another term to continue the city’s momentum on parks, trails and redevelopment projects.
The results reflect broad satisfaction with how city leaders have managed growth while keeping Solon connected and financially stable.
With every incumbent returned to office, the next four years will focus on finishing what’s been started , including extending the Rails to Trails network, advancing redevelopment at key commercial sites and improving neighborhood walkability throughout the city.
According to final, unofficial results from the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, Kraus earned 4,903 votes in an uncontested race.
