EUGENE, Ore. - A Colombian national, Derinson Martinez-Grandas, has been charged in a burglary ring that targeted Asian business owners in Oregon and Washington. According to the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon, Martinez-Grandas and six others are accused of conspiracy to transmit stolen property.

The group allegedly used advanced techniques like signal jamming and perimeter countersurveillance to carry out their crimes, breaking into homes by shattering glass doors. They reportedly stole cash, jewelry, and other valuables.
