SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — A teacher who has served students for over three decades is retiring.

Math teacher Norma Loffswold has been teaching for 32 years in Sioux City and one year in New Castle. Norma one day promised to give back to her colleagues, and did so on Thursday by treating them to a catered lunch.
