The nonprofit Army Heritage Center Foundation partnered with Love Carlisle to dress up the history-rich downtown business district in red, white, and blue banners to honor veterans for their service.

The Courthouse Square and the downtown Carlisle business district were lined with 500 small American flags bearing the names of local veterans.
