United Airlines has cancelled hundreds of flights originally scheduled for tomorrow, citing FAA-mandated airspace restrictions caused by the ongoing US government shutdown.
The airline notified passengers through alerts stating, “Your flight is cancelled due to FAA-mandated airspace restrictions during the government shutdown. Your safety is our priority, and we know the change of plan is inconvenient. We’re working hard to get you to your destination as soon as possible."
