PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A federal judge has ordered the Trump Administration to fully cover November SNAP payments for the millions of Americans who receive food stamps.

The judge ordered the payment to be made to states by Friday despite the government shutdown. FOX 12 went to a local food pantry to see what they are doing to help, while many still wait for their benefits to arrive.

A parking lot full of cars, and the drivers all wanting one thing —food, like Patty Hill, who received a box full on Thursday night.

“This is the longest line I’ve ever seen because I’ve been coming here for years, getting food,” said Hill.
