MURRAY – The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office said it arrested a New Concord man Wednesday after deputies caught him driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen.

According to CCSO, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Magness Road at approximately 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. The vehicle, a 2025 GMC Sierra, had been reported stolen to the Murray Police Department.

CCSO took the driver, Billy G. McCuiston, 46, of New Concord, into custody and lodged him at the Calloway County Jail. He was charged with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more (Class C felony).

Individuals facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
