Liberal Party titan Bronwyn Bishop said “it is not looking good” for the Coalition as open warfare continues, and leadership tensions will remain unless the Opposition abandoned net zero entirely.

The Liberal Party is in turmoil after Senator Sarah Henderson expressed doubts over Opposition Leader Sussan Ley’s leadership, saying she “cannot support the way things are”.

"I can't pretend things are good. We've had a dire Newspoll result, a primary vote of just 24 per cent. Things are not traveling well," Senator Henderson said.
