The MHSAA Division 1 playoff bracket heats up Friday night when the Woodhaven Warriors (8-2) travel to face the Saline Hornets (9-1) in a much-anticipated district final matchup.

The Warriors come in off a dramatic 30-29 victory at Belleville last week , as senior Marquez McAdoo powered the offense with two rushing touchdowns in the nail-biting win.

Saline continues its dominant campaign , riding a three-game winning streak that includes last week’s 43-13 triumph over Salem. The Hornets, led by quarterback Tommy Carr and playmakers James Rush and Patrick Williams, showed their firepower by scoring 43 unanswered points in that semifinal victory.

Opening kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET on Friday, November 7 with a live TV broadcast on NFHS Network .
