Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday declared that the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress had been wiped out in the first phase of the Bihar elections, sending a clear message that people will now allow ‘jungle raj’ to return in the state again.

Addressing a rally in Jamui, Shah said, “The first phase of the elections concluded just yesterday. Lalu-Rahul’s party has been wiped out. Their account should not open in Jamui either. All four seats here need to be credited to the NDA’s account."
