MOORHEAD — Samatha Stage scored Moorhead's only goal in a 3-1 loss to Maple Grove on Saturday in Minnesota high school girls hockey.

Stage redirected a centering pass from Anna Bjorkman into the net in the first period. The Crimson fought back with two second-period tallies and one later in the third.

Moorhead's next contest is 7 p.m. Friday in Buffalo.
