Good Friday morning and we are seeing a mild start to the day! Temperatures out the door are sitting in the lower 50s under partly cloudy skies. A line of showers and storms is sweeping across Central Illinois (4:30 a.m.) and is expected to cross state lines during the latter half of the morning hours.

Total rainfall will be on the lighter side, but enough to warrant rain gear. Showers are expected to arrive in Central Indiana after 6 a.m. and we are expected to dry out during lunchtime. Highs will push the mid-60s later on this afternoon.

Saturday will be dry and will be nearly perfect for the Monumental Marathon! Temperatures will be in the mid-40s by the time the race starts and we will warm to the mid-50s by lunchtime.
