Television personality Chris Kamara has revealed his major regret that led to life-altering repercussions. The former footballer has shared how he has now "accepted" his future, which was transformed by one mistake.

During an appearance on "See What's Possible" podcast, with Myleene Klass, he described how his world shifted following a diagnosis of speech apraxia - a disorder that nearly brought his broadcasting career to an end. The condition disrupts communication between the brain and mouth.

Chris explains: "Basically, the thought process is still there. But when you come to say the words, they're not there or they either come out wrong and people can't understand you," reports the Mirror .
