IOWA CITY — This is going to sound cliché, but Tavion Banks relayed a very business-like message in the aftermath of Ben McCollum’s Iowa basketball coaching debut.

The Hawkeyes steamrolled Robert Morris 101-69 in what was a resounding success to the start of the McCollum era. But Banks clearly wasn’t prepared to dwell on it.

“It’s a win,” he said after the game. “You’ve got to move on to the next one. Who's our next opponent?”

Iowa's second game of the season comes on a relatively quick turnaround. The Hawkeyes host Western Illinois on Friday, Nov. 7 after Tuesday’s dominant season-opening win.
