A suspended Madhya Pradesh policeman is set to be reinstated into service after his daughter, pace bowler Kranti Goud of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team, played a key role in India’s historic first ICC Women’s ODI World Cup win.

The man in reference is Munna Singh Goud, the father of Kranti Goud. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on Friday made the announcement of revoking the suspension of Munna Singh Goud, and reinstating him into the Madhya Pradesh Police.

The CM felicitated Kranti Goud, her mother Neelam, father Munna Singh Goud, and coach Rajiv Birthre at a function at the CM House in Bhopal on Friday.
