Koraput: In a devastating incident highlighting the dangers of illegal hunting practices, two young men were electrocuted to death after coming into contact with a live wire allegedly laid to trap wild animals in the Laxmipur block of Koraput district on Friday.
The tragedy unfolded near Kendupai village under the Pipalpadar panchayat.
According to preliminary reports, the victims, identified as Gahela Mandinga of Kendupai village and Kumar Miniaka of Pipalpadar village, had ventured into a forested area to search for their missing cattle.
