BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - Rain showers and thunderstorms are possible today as a cold front passes. Breezy conditions are possible ahead of the front with gusty winds up to 30 mph. Rain and storms are more likely in the late afternoon and evening. Some storms could be strong to severe with the main threat being isolated large hail and gusty, damaging winds. Heavy rain is possible within some thunderstorms and a quick spin-up tornado cannot be ruled out, however, it is unlikely.

WEEKEND CHANGES: After a warmer and mostly sunny day on Saturday, a cold front will pass on Saturday night. Rain showers are possible Saturday night and some light showers are possible through Sunday.
