Leny Yoro believes Manchester United's upcoming game against Tottenham is a chance for the players to prove they are better than they showed in the Europa League final.

Although Ruben Amorim oversaw a disastrous 15th-place finish in the Premier League last season, United reached the final of the Europa League and had the opportunity to win a trophy against Tottenham.

Tottenham had not won a trophy since 2008, but they edged a scrappy Europa League final to claim a 1-0 win at the San Mames Stadium. The result meant United failed to qualify for European football for only the second time since English clubs returned to UEFA competition after a five-year ban in 1990.

United will play Spurs this weekend for the first time since they were defeated in Bilbao.
