INDIANAPOLIS - On Thursday, the 88 th Indiana State Police Lateral Recruit Academy completed its graduation ceremony in the Indiana State Museum Auditorium.
Following the commencement address, the oath of office for the 14 new State Police Troopers was delivered by The Honorable Justice Christopher M. Goff, of the Indiana Supreme Court. Each new Trooper was then presented with their badge and official identification by Superintendent Scott and his staff.
Locally, Logan Gray and Charles Miller Jr., both of Madison, graduated from the academy and will serve the ISP Versailles Post.
This Recruit Class consisted entirely of full-time merit law enforcement officers all of whom had a minimum of three (3) continuous years of law enforcement service. Because of that previou
