DODA, OCTOBER 07: Government Degree College Doda, in collaboration with its NSS Unit, celebrated the 150th Anniversary of the National Song “Vande Mataram” with enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The celebration served as a tribute to India’s cultural identity and the timeless legacy of Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, whose iconic composition became the rallying cry of the nation’s freedom movement.

The event commenced with a pledge ceremony, where all teaching and non-teaching staff members reaffirmed their commitment to uphold the ideals of national unity, integrity, and respect for the motherland. The collective recital of Vande Mataram filled the campus with a deep sense of pride, evoking emotions of gratitude and reverence for the sacrifices made during India’s struggle for independence.
