HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - Nominations are now open for the 2026 Remarkable Woman contest. 125 women from local Nexstar markets will be celebrated in Nashville, where they'll have attend special events with fellow Remarkable Women.

The 2025 winner, Casey DePriest, joined Gretchen and Joe on Eyewitness News Daybreak on Friday to talk about the importance of nominating women in the Tri-State. You can view the full interview segment in the above video player.

Nominations will be open until December 19, 2025.
