The Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce is bringing together local business leaders for “What Now for Canada? Charting Our Economic Future”, an event to discuss Canada’s economy, policy shifts, and local Lethbridge consequences.

Dr. Chris Kukucha of the University of Lethbridge is set to deliver the keynote presentation on Nov. 27, along with panels on federal policy reform and the impact of tariffs on local industries such as steel, agriculture, and manufacturing.

The discussion will also examine Premier Smith’s Grey Cup challenge, an initiative aimed at spurring infrastructure and development projects nationwide.

Organizers say the event offers an opportunity for Lethbridge to understand national developments and their impact on local businesses.
