Enzo Maresca has been left to contend with yet more injury problems ahead of Chelsea ’s game against Wolves on Saturday night.

Maresca says he is waiting to find out the severity of Romeo Lavia’s quadricep injury after he was taken off just eight minutes into the Blues’ 2-2 draw with Qarabag.

The midfielder will miss out against the Old Gold, while Pedro Neto will be assessed having missed Chelsea’s trip to Baku as a precaution .
