Alexis Simon learned how to bike going up and down Kino Springs Drive. The Nogales High School sophomore has always enjoyed the peaceful, mostly flat route out to Beyerville and back, savoring the nature and the biodiversity of the area. She’ll frequently see deer and sometimes even mountain lions.
But biking along the thin shoulders on that route sometimes makes her nervous. ×
