Leh, Nov 7: The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta today reaffirmed the Administration’s commitment to building a self-reliant and economically empowered Ladakh, where every citizen has access to opportunities for growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
