The man wanted in connection with a murder of a woman at a Pine Street apartment has been arrested in Toronto.
Scott Devlin, 52, has been charged with second degree murder and indignity to a dead body.
Devlin himself, a resident in the same multi-residential complex as the victim, has been missing since mid-June.
It was only last week when police publicly identified him as a suspect in the slaying and issued a Canada-wide warrant for the fugitive last week, almost five months after the 30-year-old woman was found dead in her apartment in the 700 block of Pine Street.
Last week, the police appeal noted that Devlin had been seen near Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport on June 17.
Police have not confirmed whether the suspect and victim knew each other.
